Pixel Chronicles Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

User Conduct

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's systems
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Game
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software
Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Game
Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pixel Chronicles Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases. You acknowledge that in-app purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

Limitation of Liability

MoonForge Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.

Termination

To keep the Game fair and safe for everyone, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access if a player violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior. We will always aim to act reasonably and, when possible, provide notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
