When you play Pixel Chronicles, we may collect:

  • Account identifiers (PlayFab ID, device ID, or Google Play Games ID)

  • Gameplay data (progression, inventory, achievements, guild membership)

  • Chat messages (global chat, guild chat, private messages)

  • Purchase information (in-app purchases validated via PlayFab and platform stores)

 

We do not collect passwords or sensitive personal information such as government IDs.

 

How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and improve gameplay features

  • Enable multiplayer chat and guild systems

  • Validate purchases and deliver in-game items

  • Ensure fair play and prevent abuse

  • Maintain account security and integrity

 

Data Sharing

We may share data with trusted third-party services used to operate the Game:

  • PlayFab (account, inventory, purchases)

  • Azure Services (SignalR chat, cloud functions)

  • Google Play / Apple App Store (purchase validation)

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

 

Data Retention & Deletion​

  • Since we do not store personal data directly, deletion requests must be handled through the services that process your data:

  • Game progress:

  • Uninstalling the game removes local data from your device.

  • You may request deletion of any data linked to your device identifier or purchases by contacting us directly. We will forward your request to the appropriate providers.
